The short version. hue-man bee-ing is designed to be readable without analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking. It does not sell, rent, or trade personal information. There is exactly one third-party service involved: Cal.com, which powers the "Begin with a free conversation" control and loads on every page. If you never book a call, the only thing hue-man bee-ing learns about your visit is what appears in ordinary web server logs. If a mailing list or other third-party feature is added later, this page will name it and explain what the connection involves before that feature is used.

What this policy covers

This policy describes information collected through the public hue-man bee-ing website. It does not govern information you choose to share during a coaching conversation or any later written engagement; those arrangements are covered by their own terms.

Server and delivery logs

Like any public website, the hosting and delivery infrastructure may record standard request information such as an IP address, browser and device user-agent, page requested, referring page, and timestamp. That information is used to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and keep it available. hue-man bee-ing does not use it to maintain a per-visitor analytics profile.

Requests your browser makes to Cal.com

Every page on this site loads a script from Cal.com's servers so that the "Begin with a free conversation" control can open a scheduling window. Because that file comes from Cal.com, your browser contacts Cal.com on every page view — before you click anything, and whether or not you ever book a call. That request carries your IP address, your user-agent string, and the page you are viewing. Cal.com may set its own cookies through this connection. Cal.com's handling of that data is governed by its own privacy notice, available at cal.com/privacy.

The scheduling control is also a normal link. If you block third-party scripts, it still works by sending you directly to Cal.com, where the same disclosure applies but the contact is deliberate rather than automatic.

Information you provide when booking

If you schedule a conversation, Cal.com collects the information you enter — typically your name, email address, time zone, and chosen meeting time. That information is used to arrange the conversation, and it is never added to a marketing list unless you separately opt in.

If you contact hue-man bee-ing directly, the contact method receives the information you provide. It is used to respond to you and support any relationship you choose to begin, and it is never added to a marketing list unless you separately opt in.

What hue-man bee-ing does not do

• No advertising pixels, retargeting, or cross-site tracking.
• No sale, rental, or trading of personal information.
• No sharing with data brokers or list vendors.
• No automated decision-making or profiling about site visitors.
• No use of visitor information to train AI systems.

Your choices

• Avoid the Cal.com connection. Blocking third-party scripts in your browser or an extension will prevent the automatic request. The site remains fully readable and the scheduling link keeps working.
• Manage a booking. Confirmation emails from Cal.com include links to reschedule or cancel, which removes the appointment.
• Ask what is held. If you have shared information directly, you may ask for access, correction, or deletion, subject to records that must be retained for legal or accounting reasons.

Children

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children. hue-man bee-ing does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this site’s data practices change, this page and its effective date will be updated before or alongside the change.
