Ground beneath you
Before we reach for more, there is the simple ground: breath, food, rest, and the small rhythms that help a day hold together.
There is no rush to find it.
Small practices for returning to the body — movement, stillness, food, and gentler ways with the screens that fill our days.
Greyson: “This is a path I keep returning to — out of town, through the trees, toward the pond. We can take it slowly. I’ll keep you company for a while.”
Different doors into the same quiet remembering.
You might pause beside the one that feels closest today.
Before we reach for more, there is the simple ground: breath, food, rest, and the small rhythms that help a day hold together.
Gentle movement, music, and permission to follow a spark of aliveness — without needing to make anything of it.
A place to notice what takes your attention, what restores it, and what you may be ready to choose with a little more care.
A quieter way to sit with feeling — tenderness, grief, gratitude, and the ordinary need to be met with kindness.
Words, silence, and the small practice of saying what feels true enough for today.
Time to become still enough to notice a pattern, a possibility, or the next honest step.
A few gentle minutes to meet the morning in motion.
A private little space to move as you are. Nothing to learn. Nothing to perform.
A voice, a breath, and a small place to rest. Aurora waits by the pond.
In 2005, a diagnosis opened a question I could not quickly answer: How am I being asked to live? I began
exploring plant-based food, meditation, yoga, movement, and a gentler relationship with technology.
The path continues to unfold — each step inviting me into deeper presence.
This is not a cure, a prescription, or a promise. It is simply what has revealed itself along the way —
offered with care, humility, and the understanding that I am still becoming.
We can begin with a free conversation — unhurried, unscripted, and open to what wants to emerge.
Bring whatever is stirring. Together, we can listen for the next true step.
